The P232LG10GNK is a next-generation N-channel MOSFET developed by Shindengen, designed to meet the demands of high power density in compact spaces.
Thanks to its compact TOLL (Thin Outline Leadless) package, it offers high thermal reliability and excellent electrical performance, making it ideal for industrial and automotive applications.
This device is part of a wide TOLL MOSFET series offered by Shindengen, which includes various options in terms of output current, Rdson and nominal voltage, thus providing flexible solutions for a broad range of design requirements.
